Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Deckly subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date.
No cancellation fees. No questions asked.
Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged for the next period and your access continues until the current period ends.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion for billing errors or technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Service. Contact billing@godeckly.io within 7 days of the billing date if you believe you were charged in error.
Free trial
Free trials do not require a credit card. If you do not upgrade before your trial ends, your account will be automatically downgraded to a read-only state — no charges will be made. Your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Data retention after cancellation
After your subscription ends, your account data (sites, templates, rate cards) is retained for 30 days in a read-only state. During this window you can export your data or reactivate your subscription. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
We strongly recommend exporting any important data before your subscription lapses.
Downgrading to a lower plan
You can downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. If your current usage (e.g. number of sites or team members) exceeds the lower plan's limits, you will be prompted to reduce usage before the downgrade is applied.
